Hi, I am Laura. As a Reiki Master, yoga instructor, Zia-life coach and leader of transformative spiritual retreats, I guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery and renewal. My retreats create a sacred space for connection, mindfulness, and growth, helping participants reconnect with their inner light and embrace their full potential.

Welcome to Journey of the Soul, a 3 day, 2 night retreat held in rural Missouri, exclusively designed for you to experience your soul and find peace in your being.
We welcome you to join an intimate group of women to journey alongside as we look into the journey of our soul, seeing the grief, the joy and the desires of our path yet to come. This retreat will allow you time to rediscover your sacred feminine energy, flowing into the gift of being a woman and joining energies with the sisters on this journey with you.
